iCollected has been selling on eBay for over 2 years. We've grown to become eBay.com.au's Largest seller of Pokemon TCG products and now offer a large range of collectables including Yugioh, MTG, Bella Sara, Club Penguin, Match Attax, Ben 10 and more.

iCollected only stock from reputable suppliers located in Australia and the United States. We do not seek stocks from Asia for any of our merchandise. We can guarantee that all our products are 100% genuine because our suppliers are the same people who provide for Toys-R-Us, Kmart, Big W, Target and most other big brand stores.

Please note that:

- iCollected only purchases Mint/Near Mint products

- Bulk common Yugioh and Pokemon must have at least 1,000 cards available

- Bulk MTG commons must have at least 2,000 available

- We buy ultra rares from MTG, Yugioh or Pokemon depending on the card and a list is required

- We buy second hand game consoles, games and collectables

- Depending on the item we may cover shipping expenses within Australia

Q: Where do items ship from and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Items are all located in Melbourne, VIC AUSTRALIA. We ship all orders same day or next business day. Transit times depend on your location. Here are transit estimates given by Australia Post:
VIC 1-2 days

SA/ACT/NSW/TAS 2-3 days

QLD/WA 3-4 days

NT 4-7 days

NZ/Asia 7 days
Europe/UK 7-14 days
North America 7-10 days
South America 10-14 days

Q: Do you provide postage discounts on multiple purchases?
A: We ship an unlimited number of singles Australia wide for just $2.50 and worldwide for $4.95 (i.e. additional singles cost $0.00 to ship). Bulk items combine depending on weight and you can find this information on each listing by clicking on the "shipping" tab.
To receive shipping discount, you must checkout with one invoice. To do this, you will need to pay at the very end; once you have completed shopping. You can do this by going to your "My eBay" and check-out any one card you purchased from us and from the checkout page, tick the boxes to pay for all cards.

Q: I live nearby, can I pick up?
A: iCollected does not offer pick-ups at this moment in time. We hope to open a live store in the near future and you are more than welcome to visit us then.

Q: Are your items real?
iCollected is a registered Australian business. We do not distribute illegal products under any circumstances.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Please see the ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS tab on the left hand side.

Q: I change my mind, can I return the item?
A: If you are returning due to change-of-mind you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees paid will not be refunded. If your item was NOT AS DESCRIBED, we will require photos or other forms of proof before we arrange a return. If approved, we will pay for return shipping costs and refund you your payment fully.

BANK DEPOSIT (WESTPAC) - bank details displayed upon checkout.
PAYPAL - pay using a secure instant payment system. Foreign currencies are automatically converted to AUD for payment via PayPal.
